Return/Exchange Policy

We proudly guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will refund the cost of the item (less shipping and handling charges) if you return it within 45 days from your date of purchase.

Items must be purchased through www.G-PUR.com to be eligible for return or exchange.

The item must be shipped back in its original packaging.

There are no returns on final sales or discontinued items.

The customer is required to pay for shipping back to G-SCIENCE, Inc.  We will ship any requested exchange items after we have received the original merchandise.

Remember, your return items must be securely packed, preferably in the package that they arrived in. You must include a copy of the invoice or packing list to allow proper shipping, billing, and if necessary to ensure you are credited quickly and properly.
